Light Microscope

Stereomicrockope A stereo microscope, for the macroscopic observation (Leitz WILD M3Z) is available. Digital images with a magnification about 40:1 should be possible with the microscope device.
Reflected light microscope Reflected light microscopes from Leitz (DIALUX 20EB) and Zeiss (Axioskop2, see picture) allow a magnification of 1000:1. Because of that the survey of the microstructure on flat polished and etched samples is quite possible.
