Emission Spectrum

The metal analyzer (emission spectrometer) from Spectro Analytical Instruments GmbH & Co. KG in Kleve (SPECTROMAXx), fulfills the diverse demands, especially for the measurement range of different alloys which come to use in the Institute for Materials Technology during the framework of research projects, failure analysis and other materials studies. The offered spectrum analyzer has a high resolution CCD optic, which meets the requirements in a modern day analys-laboratory and allows the determination of the chemical composition of iron, nickel, titanium and aluminum-base alloys.
